I Want a Refund!

I love instagram and do Ive often came across others who have banners and such in their pictures. I downloaded this app thinking it was perfect for what I needed, but it NEVER LOADED. I have tried to contact Kalidescope(sp?) but they do not list an email on their blog or twitter for support. Im sorely dissappponted.
